During 2018 the Cuming Museum Collection will be showcasing 2000 years of local history, using the wonderful and diverse objects, art and images form the Cuming Museum’s collections.
'Thrive in the City’ is a programme of events celebrating Mental Health in the Cityon 27 November 2017 and is being curated in collaboration with local London Bridge charity The Dragon Café, Minds@Work, Thrive London, Business Healthy, andMIND and the City Mental Health Alliance.
In partnership with Southwark Council Public Health Department & the Southwark Wellbeing Hub Team London Bridge will be holding an event to support Southwark’s businesses in the London Bridge, Bankside & Borough Market area, with a particular focus on supporting the health and wellbeing of those affected by the attacks on 3rd June 2017.

Team London Bridge are aiming to involve the community in and around London Bridge area in the ambition to mark all important public art and heritage in the area. This placemarking consultation will start with a networking evening hosted at London Bridge Hive on 14th June and will continue as an opportunity for everyone to contribute throughout the remaining weeks, until 30th June.
Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) are private, business led and funded organisations tasked with delivering services to improve an area’s trading environment. London’s BIDs (which number over 50) are now leading on ambitious public realm regeneration projects that seek to address the city’s problems with a strained transport system, sustainability, poor air quality, climate change and the demand for a more pedestrian-oriented public environment.
To deliver more cycling work, we will be engaging with our work and residential communities to find out how we best champion it more widely and ensure that the streets and routes leading to London Bridge are safe.
