Mindful May - Yoga & Mindfulness Sessions

Ease yourself into the working week with a yoga flow to help balance and calm the mind and body. There will be candles and atmospheric background music throughout; plus you'll get a chance to sample instructor Caroline's freshly made special tea.

Please note, all participants must bring their own yoga mat.

There are changing facilities here, you are welcome to arrive earlier.
