Love Lunch - Yoga and Mindfulness class

Ease yourself into the working week with a yoga flow to help balance and calm the mind and body. There will be candles and atmospheric background music.

Please note, all participants must bring a yoga mat.

  • Monday 22nd January, 1pm-2pm (prompt start at 1:05pm)
  • Thursday 25th January, 1pm-2pm (prompt start at 1:05pm)

There are changing facilities here, you are welcome to arrive earlier.

Balance and a sense of wellbeing is something we all crave. Knowing how to begin your own wellbeing journey can seem almost impossible with the lives we live today. That's why we are here, to help guide, coach and teach you.

We help you invest in your wellbeing, so you can find balance in your life from nourishing yourself from the inside out.

We teach yoga and mindfulness meditation to help them put this into practice. We encourage a practice of self-love and self-worth as everyone deserves to feel happy, loved and well and healthy.


What is Love Lunch

There is no better month than cold and dark January for free and interesting activities. Traditionally, Love Lunch takes place every September - due to high success rates, we are now venturing into an additional season, which is why on this occasion we call it Mini Love Lunch and it only stretches over 8 working days instead of an entire month: 22nd to 31st Jan.

Love Lunch is a series of free events taking place at lunchtime in London Bridge area. This is a Team London Bridge initiative that helps promote local businesses and attractions to local professionals whilst it encourages well-being and the importance of taking a lunch break.
